Personalizing Your Piece

Tailoring is available for an additional $35, subject to fabric availability.

Dresses and tops may be personalized with short or bell sleeves, an optional ruffled neckline, and a customized dress length, allowing each piece to be tailored to its wearer.

To request custom tailoring, please add the $35 Alteration Add-On to your cart at checkout and include a note specifying exactly how you would like your piece altered—for example, your preferred sleeve style, neckline detail, or dress length.

All customizations are made only as long as the required fabric remains available. We will contact you if your requested alteration cannot be accommodated.

 

Care Instructions
We recommend washing your handmade piece turned inside out by hand in cold water. If you are using a machine, we suggest washing inside a mesh laundry garment bag with like colors on delicate cycle. Use mild detergent and no fabric softener. Lay flat to dry. For spot cleaning stains the Mexican way, use Zote White Mexican Laundry Soap, available at HEB, Kroger, Wal-Mart and Amazon.

It is important to note that sometimes the ink from the embroidery design is still visible on clothing at purchase. Don't worry - it will come out after a few washes.
