Return Policy

We have a 7 calendar day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your package was delivered we do not offer full refunds. Returns after 7 days are eligible for a one time exchange or custom alterations for a small fee. 

Margarita Mercantile will deduct a $10.00 fee to cover handling and restocking costs for refunds to credit and debit card purchases. 

Non-returnable items:
* Custom altered items
* Sale Items (25% off or more items)
* Final-sale 
* Accessories (headbands, face masks, earrings, etc.)  

At MM we hope you 💕 love💕 your purchase but we understand sometimes it's not the right fit. 

Custom Alterations:

We offer custom alterations for $20. 

Please email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we would love to help find an alteration solution for you such as taking in/out the piece by one size. Alterations are final-sale. 


We are sorry your purchase didn't work out. To start your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags. Email within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know what items you'd like to return.

All return items must be shipped to Margarita Mercantile Returns Department and postmarked within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
