Carolina Dress

This Maxi dress features hand- embroidered flowers in the upper bust area. Embroidery details on underarm. This dress has sleeves. The double ruffle sleeves has a beautiful hand crochet finish applied directly to the fabric (not sewn on), as well as around the neckline and one tier in the lower part of the skirt.
